As our new Partner Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our existing and prospecting partners within the IT and OT market. You will work closely with partners to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure mutual success. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting partnerships - not to mention being an excellent team player!
In this position you will report to Chelsea Ravitch, our Vice President of Global partners & Alliances. Chelsea is based out of the US but is frequently visiting HQ just outside of Copenhagen.
Your mission
Your main goal will be to cultivate and expand partnerships that drive revenue growth, increase our market footprint, and create mutual value in the IT and OT sectors across B/Fr/MEA. In other words, you will play a key role in solidifying Secomeaâs position as a market leader.

- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth across B/Fr/MEA.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and optimize synergies.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the channel landscape.
Your background
- French speaking and alternatively Dutch will be considered a huge advantage
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel management or partnership roles, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of driving successful partnership strategies and execution.
- Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Professional skills
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
