This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and candidates in an international tech company
The Role
As our new Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and regions. You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition and partner with hiring managers to ensure a professional, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience.
You will be responsible for:
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from job briefing to offer stage
Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
Booking and inviting candidates for interviews
Collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Screening and interviewing candidates
Ensuring a strong and professional candidate experience
Supporting recruitment data tracking and reporting
Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
Your Profile
We imagine that you:
Hold a Master’s degree from a university (e.g., in HR, Business, Psychology, Communication, or a related field)
Have 1–3 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR
Have some experience managing recruitment processes independently
Are confident partnering with hiring managers and advising on best practices
Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Are structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
Thrive in a dynamic, international growth environment
Experience from a tech or SaaS company is an advantage but not a requirement.
