Your Role
As our new Partner Account Manager, you will manage and develop our partner business in UKI (UKI, India, Australia, South Africa), building strategic relationships with partners in the IT and OT markets. You will work closely with partners to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure mutual success. This role is perfect for a strong commercial profile with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth across UKI.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners across the broader ecosystem to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and optimize synergies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the channel landscape.
Your Background
• Ideally based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Possibility for remote work in UK.
• Fluent in English.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Channel Management or partnership roles, preferably within the tech industry.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience managing and growing channel or alliance partners in the technology industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills – across a broader eco-system.
• Proven ability to develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives
• Strategic, analytical mindset with strong pipeline and forecasting capabilities
• Comfortable working with technical solutions and translating value into business outcomes
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficient in CRM systems; experience with partner reporting and QBRs
• Culturally aware and experienced in working across multiple countries and markets
