Support Engineer

We're looking for a colleague to join our Support team in their daily operations of supporting customers worldwide by phone and email. This includes 24/7 support, phone support and email.
Your mission
Your primary goal is to cooperate with your colleagues and aid in servicing our customers using the Secomea solution by answering tier 1 and tier 2 level tickets by email, phone, and direct contact. Another success criteria will be writing English tech guides to share with our customers and on our public knowledgebase site.
If you're more into bullets, this is the job in a nutshell:
- Follow our SLA (Service Level Agreement) and answer customer requests daily. (We are using Jitbit as our ticketing system)
- Consistently deliver support action plans and diagnostic information in cooperation with the customer
- Take responsibility and be the stakeholder for tickets requiring 3rd level assistance internally or with external partners
- Contribute to knowledge sharing on the support knowledgebase site
- You will participate in our 24/7 support operations service on-call support rotation
- Participate in support meetings and company events
Who we’re looking for:
In Secomea, we are first and foremost hiring people and we value your motivation for the role much more than what type of degree or former job title you may have. What really matters to us is that you are adaptable and service-minded by nature 🌱
However, since this job requires relatively deep knowledge within networking and IT, it would be a huge advantage if you have some of the following:
- Some kind of IT support or Data technician education OR experience from a similar position
- You know networking standards such as TCP/UDP and IP configuration
- You know standard office software such as O365 and Active Directory
- You are a skilled user of a Windows OS 10/11 environment
- It would be considered a plus if you have basic Linux OS knowledge
- You must be fluent in speaking and written English and Danish. German would be considered a huge plus(!) but is not a requirement
- You are able to handle several customer requests simultaneously - and you enjoy it
