The role

In your daily work you will focus on designing and implementing solutions across our entire platform. You will work with Product and UX Designers/Researchers to realize designs from low-fidelity mock-ups to high fidelity implementation-ready elements and designs.

As part of your work, you will help create and maintain UI components and web building blocks, use these building blocks to extend and shape our visual platform and build a customer centric experience.

Further responsibilities

· Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.

· Write functional requirement documents and guides.

· Create quality mockups and prototypes.

· Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

Knowledge & Experience

· Degree in computer science or related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience

· Fluency in common web development languages, tools and methods (eg. Nextjs, Typescript, Tailwind, unit-, browser- and integration-tests)

· Experience with Nodejs or other Typescript centric technologies and graphQL,

· Experience with tools and processes like GIT and CI/CD

· Experience with security best practices in frontend development

· Experience in optimizing frontend performance for web applications

· Have a strong portfolio with solid examples of UI design/implementations.

· Have great visual and interaction design skills.

· Have an understanding of usability design principles.

· Know Figma, Sketch or XD, inside and out.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
