As our new team member, you'll play a crucial role in operating and optimizing our NOC and DevOps functions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless operation of our SaaS platform, driving uptime, performance, and scalability.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimise cloud infrastructure environments.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of SaaS applications.
• Respond to and resolve alerts and incidents swiftly to maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate processes and deployments using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Continuously improve operational practices and infrastructure through automation and innovation.
• Participate in 24/7 support rotation to provide around-the-clock oversight.

Who are you?

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and managing large-scale applications.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Proficient in DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to incident management.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Bonus points for certifications in DevOps, networking, cybersecurity or ITIL v4.
